Northstate have recently been working closely with the managed workspace facility, Velocity, on a new website and accompanying on-line newsletter.

We were able to create a new website that is not only fresher, but easier to navigate, with improved optimisation and the facility to update content, adding latest news and events, as they happen.

Carol Vaughan, Facility Manager at Velocity said, "We are really pleased with the new website and newsletter. We've had a fantastic response already and I'm sure this will increase the awareness of the Velocity clients and what the Velocity building has to offer. Working with Northstate has been great, they have achieved more than I could have imagined, bringing some excellent ideas to the table and having the expertise to implement them."

Over the last few months Northstate have been working with Hill Top CE Primary School on their corporate literature and branding. So we would like to be the first to congratulate them on their recent glowing OFSTED inspection report and fantastic Key Stage 2 SATs results.

They have always achieved highly at the end of Key Stage 2 but their results this year are their best ever. Managing 100% Level 4s across the board in English, Mathematics and Science.

Choosing a new premises is never an easy decision but after a number viewings, some good, some bad and some not worth mentioning, it was with much consideration that we finally came to our decision. And the chosen one is…

…the Velocity building (formally the Business Innovation Centre), in Bradford located behind the University. The site offered everything we need with a spacious studio, ample 'free' on-site parking for clients and staff, good conference room facilities and business support.

I know that we will be very happy here.

After the success of phase 1 of the office installations, the business decided to apply the same thinking to its newly constructed secure unit for the MPIC. This gave us the opportunity to expand our knowledge of interiors and push the creative approach even further.

Taking the identity we had first created for the MPIC service area and our understanding of Atkins' property management offering we designed a number of abstract images. These were output on a canvas material and then applied directly to the wall with an industrial strength adhesive creating a seamless image, and a unique environment. The installation of ceiling hanging signs, notice boards and mounted Perspex panels explaining the company's values completed our vision.

The finished result was very well received and really was graphic communication on a grand scale.
